Assess before prescribing

We read the code, map the integrations, and interview the people who operate the system before recommending anything. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller intervention than anyone expected.

Strangler, not big bang

We route functionality out of the legacy system piece by piece, with the old and new running side by side until each piece is proven. At every stage there is a working system and a way back.

Modernize the process too
